You awaken deep beneath the ground, surrounded by caves and monsters. Somewhere in the dungeon, the Oracle guards the artefact you need to escape. First, you must survive the journey.
The Oracle’s Dungeon brings exploration, combat and equipment hunting to the ZX Spectrum Next. Search for swords, shields and supplies as you push through the caves. Then face goblins, trolls, wraiths and worse while keeping your health and equipment intact.
Watch the monsters closely. Some sleep or ignore you, while hungry and furious creatures seal the exits with rocks. Once the paths close, you must fight to clear your way.
Food and healing items help you survive, although potions bring risks as well as rewards. Meanwhile, rare artefacts offer benefits including a complete dungeon map and restored health.
Defeating the Oracle starts your final search. Claim its artefact, then locate the matching escape route: the Cauldron, the Locked Gate or the Mystical Portal.
